How to Customize Your Calories and Macros on MyFitnessPal

If you want to work toward your fitness and body composition goals, you will need to get your food on point. I struggled for years with my diet and eating, mainly because I didn't know where to start. Once I got some solid calorie and macronutrient goals, I was able to make progress toward my goals. I was able to cut nearly 25 pounds off my frame in about 5 months once I started tracking and measuring my food. It was crazy! I was able to manipulate my macronutirents slightly and see awesome changes every week. If you want to start working on your dietary goals, the first step is adjusting your calories and macronutrients on MyFitnessPal to meet your needs.
