HEY, I'M HALEY

I'm the certified personal trainer and nutrition coach behind Onyx Athletic Performance in Mesa, AZ. I believe nutrition is absolutely crucial to seeing results from the gym. You can't out-exercise a bad diet!

For over a decade, my background in Athletic Training has allowed me to help hundreds of local women get in shape. I specialize in a non-denominational approach to nutrition, focusing on simple, sustainable habits and helping you find the right balance of energy and protein for your body. My goal is to simplify nutrition for women who have felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting information out there. As someone who has personally struggled with an eating disorder, preserving my client's healthy relationship with food is a top priority.

When I'm not coaching, I enjoy Back to the Future marathons, getting strong AF, playing the electric guitar, and spending time with my husband and two daughters. I look forward to helping you start your journey!
