If you want to work toward your fitness and body composition goals, you will need to get your food on point. I struggled for years with my diet and eating, mainly because I didn't know where to start. Once I got some solid calorie and macronutrient goals, I was able to make progress toward my goals. I was able to cut nearly 25 pounds off my frame in about 5 months once I started tracking and measuring my food. It was crazy! I was able to manipulate my macronutirents slightly and see awesome changes every week. If you want to start working on your dietary goals, the first step is adjusting your calories and macronutrients on MyFitnessPal to meet your needs.
If you need help figuring out your calories and macronutrient goals, CONTACT ME about online coaching and personal training so we can reach your goals together!
Open MyFitnessPal and click on the menu in the top left corner.
Click on "Goals."
Under "Nutrition Goals," click on "Calorie and Macronutrient Goals."
You can now view your current goals.
Click on "Calories" and change to desired amount.
Click on "Carbohydrates," "Protein," or "Fat" to change the ratio of your macronutrients.
You can change the percentages and ratios of your macronutrients in the free version of MyFitnessPal but if you want to change your macronutrients to specific grams, you will have to upgrade to premium.
