HEY, I'M HALEY
I'm the personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach behind Onyx Athletic Performance. I help women get strong and confident without spending hours in the gym.
With over a decade of experience, my background in Athletic Training has allowed me to help hundreds of local women reduce pain, recover from injuries, and get in shape. I specialize in strength training for women who want to build a strong foundation, improve their health, and move with confidence. My coaching is tailored for those who are new to fitness or have felt intimidated in a traditional gym before.
When I'm not coaching, I enjoy Back to the Future marathons, getting strong AF, playing the electric guitar, and spending time with my husband and two daughters. I look forward to helping you start your journey!
