Who I Am

"Changes happens through movement and movement heals."

-Joseph Pilates

My name is Haley Conant and I have loved being active since I was a kid playing soccer, basketball, softball, and rugby.  In 2011, I graduated from the University of Utah with a major in Athletic Training and a minor in Nutrition.  As an athletic trainer (ATC) I have an extensive background in orthopedic injuries, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

Shortly after graduation I became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and started working in a physical therapy clinic where I helped people recover from orthopedic surgeries and injuries.  I also did work with Arizona State University's Club Sports where I helped their athletes with their injuries.

I am a person who learns best by doing, so I have done a lot of different physical challenges.  I have completed numerous sprint triathlons, obstacle races, a half marathon, and a figure competition.
