HEY, I'M HALEY

I'm the coach behind Onyx Athletic Performance.  I help women actually get strong without working out three times a day.

Before I started coaching women, I got my degree in Athletic Training and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  I've helped people reduce their pain, recover from surgeries, improve their movement quality, and get in shape without pain for over a decade.

When I'm not coaching I enjoy Back to the Future marathons, getting strong AF, playing the electric guitar, cooking healthier versions of my favorite foods, and spending time with my husband and two daughters.

TRANSFORMATION KICK OFF

Are you ready to take on our brand new, and revamped 8 Week Challenge designed for women who want to tone up and dramatically transform their health and fitness absolutely risk-free?

This is not a boring cardio plan, restrictive diet, or “quick fix” program.

This is a carefully crafted program that has been tried and tested on thousands of local women and moms over the last 10 years!

We found that 8 weeks is long enough to:

✔ Know how to get a toned, strong, head-turning physique 
✔ Create new and long-lasting habits regarding exercise
✔ Learn which foods help you to have more energy, feel fuller for longer, and be less bloated
✔ Achieve noticeable results where close family and friends will ask how you did it
✔ Feel much more confident and radiant as that healthy glow starts to come back

We only take a limited number of women for each round of the 8 Week Transformation Kick Off so I am only looking for women who:

     Are 100% committed to making this change
     Are prepared to invest their time & energy in the program.
     Are willing to step outside their comfort zone, take action and start finally making a change 

If you're interested, schedule a time to meet with one of our coaches so we can see if you're a good fit for the 8 Week Transformation Kick Off.

You don't need to be an elite athlete or have any experience in the gym to undergo the Challenge!

All abilities are welcome and we specialize in helping those
who need support, accountability, or may have felt nervous in other gyms before
